Error Name: There is an issue with your account.
Error Message: Please Contact Customer Service.
Error Description: If you see this message when first logging into your Consultant Online Office then your account has been put on Red Hold. There could be a few reasons why:
- You have signed up for an Inventory Booster or PYOP and your monthly payment did not process because your card on file has declined. No need to contact Customer Service! See steps below for details on changing your credit card on file.
- A Party Complaint issue. You will need to submit a request through the Support Portal by clicking here.
Policy Violation. You will need to submit a request through the Support Portal by clicking here.
Steps on changing your credit card on file:
To add or change your credit card on file click My Business>My Wallet.
Look to see if your card on file has expired. Tap Add Credit Card to Wallet to update your credit card on file.
VERY Important: You will now need to name the new credit card on file. See example in below image.
Please note: The process for the card to update and restore access could take up to 72 business hours to complete and reinstate the consultants full access to her Consultant Back Office.
