How to place a Free Product Order from my COO?
When placing a Free Product order from your COO, tap on Orders and then tap Place Free Product Order.
Search and choose your free product and add it to your cart. Once you have all of the products in the cart scroll to the bottom of the webpage.
Important: Not all items are included in free product orders. If a product is not found within your search then that product is not available for a Free Product order.
Under Apply Credits select Free Product Credit. Now tap Add Payment.
On the next screen you will also need to tap Add Payment.
Important: Free Product expires each month. When placing your monthly Free Product order make sure to use the entire balance within that single order. You will want to get as close to the Free Product balance as possible but cannot go over the balance. Any leftover balance will automatically be removed and cannot be used again on future orders. Example: If the Free Product balance is $100, and the total at checkout is $80 you will need to add additional products to the cart to reach the $100 Free Product allotment or you will lose the leftover $20. If the Free Product balance is $100, and the total at checkout is $120, you will need to remove an item(s) from your cart in order to keep the balance under the $100 credit.
Important: The Free Product Credit does not cover taxes on your order. All Free Product orders ship with next Consultant Order.
Your Free Product Credit will then reflect on your Order Summary Screen.
Lastly, you'll need to select your method of payment for taxes on your Free Product Order. Tap "Credit Card," then "Add Payment."
Important: Credits on File cannot be used to cover taxes on Free Product Orders.
