Is your order tab missing from the COO and/or your status in Government ID Waiting?
If you are having trouble finding the Orders tab on your Consultant Online Office and/or if your Consultant status is in Government ID Waiting then you have not successfully completed the New Consultant Wizard.
Until you’ve completed your New Consultant Wizard your Consultant account will not be considered “Active” and you will not have the ability to submit Orders. If you are a new Consultant and logged into your COO but do not see the Orders tab, simply logout and log back in to complete your New Consultant Wizard.
Please Note: All new Consultants are required to complete the New Consultant Wizard upon entry to their Consultant Online Office (COO) for the first time.
The New Consultant Wizard will prompt you through a series of questions that are required before a Consultant can place her first Order. Questions within the wizard include:
- Agree to Terms and Conditions
- Business Name *This can’t be changed here* For More Information Click Here
- Enter Government ID
- SMS Opt In
Please Note: Mistakenly clicking outside of the New Consultant Wizard or tapping the Back button on your web browser will cause your session not to Save. If this happens simply log out and log back in to complete the wizard. Information will not be stored until the New Consultant Wizard has been completed from start to finish. When logging back in you will start the wizard from the very beginning because your previous session did not Save.
Once you have completed the New Consultant Wizard you are able to explore your COO and place Consultant Orders from the Order tab.
