How to CC other Consultants on a Support Portal ticket.
There are 3 ways/locations a Consultant can submit a ticket to Customer Service. Please note that anyone can submit a ticket through the Support Portal. There are additional features and benefits to creating an account and signing in each time. One of which includes our Carbon Copy, or CC, feature. If you are not logged in, you will not see the “CC” field on a ticket.
Submitting a Support Portal Ticket Option 1:
Log into your Consultant Online Office> Click My Business> Click Support Portal
Begin by going to the top right of the screen and tapping “Sign In.”
- If this is your first time signing in to the Portal, you will need to tap “forgot password.” You will need to use the same email address that is associated with your COO (the Corp office has added your COO email address to the Support Portal for you but we cannot assign you a password). Once you have selected “forgot password,” you will receive an email to change your password within seconds.
- Now that you have created or changed your password, you will need to tap “Sign In” again and log in.
- You should now see your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Next tap “Submit a Request” in the top right corner of your screen.
- By creating your account, you now have access to Carbon Copying, or CCing, additional PR Consultants on a ticket. This is a great way to keep your upline in the loop regarding your issue or request. Anyone you “CC” on a ticket will see all correspondence between you and Customer Service. They can even add a message that will show within your ticket.
Important: If a Consultant is not logged into the Support Portal she will not see the “CC'' field and cannot copy additional Consultants to the ticket.
