Accessing the Pure Romance PR Connect APP
Q: How can I find the PR Connect APP?
A: We have made it easier than ever to download the PR Connect app. Simply scan the QR code below with your device’s camera app and it will take you directly to your device’s appropriate app store. You can also go directly to the Google Play Store for Android and the Apple App Store for APPLE devices and search PR Connect.

Q: Will the APP work on tablets?
A: Yes; however, not all the functionalities will work the same. The app is primarily designed for the phone to optimize its texting capability.
Q: Will the App work on my computer?
A: No, currently the app does not work on a computer. It’s coming very soon!
Q: How do I log in to the app?
A: You will log in with your Consultant ID and the same password you use to log into your Consultant Online Office. It is case sensitive.
Q: How do I get help with the APP?
A: Go to the upper left 3-line menu on the app, then go to Contact Us. Fill out the online form.
Q: If I delete the app, or change phones, will I lose my data?
A: No, your data is safe with us! If you lose or damage your phone, or want to delete the app and reinstall it, your data will return to your app once you log in.
Q: What do I do if my App gets “stuck” or won't work?
This can be caused by various scenarios. Some older devices run slow when using apps. Issues can also be caused by never turning your phone off. Below are a few things to try before contacting Customer Support:
- Use force-stop feature on your phone to reset the app.
- Turn the phone off and on every few days and/or use airplane mode for 10 seconds.
- Logout and log back in by clicking the ‘menu’ (3 pink lines in upper left), then the ‘gear’ settings option at the bottom and selecting ‘Log Out’.
- Ensure ALL apps and operating system is current…PR Connect app, FB Messenger, YouTube installed and current. If not, the functions may not always work properly.
- Delete and reinstall the app.
Q: Is the APP free?
A: Yes! The PR Connect APP is free for all Consultants. (Customers cannot download/access the app.)
Q: How do I use the PR Connect app?
A: We got you covered! There are training videos in the upper 3-line menu under training.
Q: Can I add my own content or videos to the app?
A: No, only corporate can add content to the platform.
