About the Rewards Program
VIP Rewards is a way for your customers to score perks while sharing products with their friends. When they share their referral link and/or code with friends who purchase an Uncovered Skin Care set, their friends will get $25 off the retail price of their order, and your customer will get $25 in shopping credits to use on anything they want. See - it really does pay to share!
Q: What products qualify for VIP Rewards?
A: Purchase of the Uncovered Skin Care Daily Essentials Kit in either Firm & Smooth or Soothe & Protect will automatically enroll you in the program and deliver you a referral link. The $25 discount customers’ friends will get from using the link will only apply to the Uncovered Skin Care Daily Essentials Set in either Firm & Smooth or Soothe & Protect.
Q: In what countries is this program available?
A: VIP Rewards is open to customers in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Q: If my customer ordered from my website, will I receive any commission for any orders placed under their referral link?
A: Yes! We want to make sure that you receive commission not just from your customers’ purchases of Uncovered Skin Care, but from purchases generated through the referral link.
Q: How will my commissions work if a referral discount AND promo code is used?
A: The referral discount will reduce the retail value, off which your commission will be calculated. Use of any additional promo code with this purchase (for example, SHOP10) will be taken out of your final commission’s dollar amount.
Q: How will my commission be calculated on orders placed using a shopping credit?
A: Much like the $25 referral link discount, the shopping credit will adjust the retail total off which your commission is based.
Q: What if they change Consultants?
A: Customer and their friends can change Consultants with whom they’re shopping at any point during the checkout process, and that new Consultant would receive commission for the sale. However, the referral link will always automatically be tied to YOU, so even if an individual changes their Consultant in checkout, each time the referral link is shared, it will automatically display you as the preferred Consultant.
Referral/Link Code
Q: What does the referral link do?
A: We provide your customer with a link to share with friends to simplify their shopping experience. Clicking the link takes them to the pureromance.com website, adds the Firm & Smooth Daily Skin Essentials Kit to their cart, and automatically applies the referral code to their order. All they have to do is complete the purchase!
They’ll also receive a unique code, should they choose to share it for their friends to enter manually at checkout.
Q: What if customers’ friends want the other Daily Skin Essentials Kit?
A: If their friend clicks the referral link and would rather have a different Daily Skin Essentials Kit than the one that was automatically added to their cart, they can simply remove that kit, add another, and the discount will automatically be applied.
Q: Where can my customers access their unique referral link and code?
A: When they log in to PureRomance.com and go to their account, they’ll see a VIP Rewards area where they can access the unique referral link and code.
Q: Will they get a new referral link every time they purchase my Uncovered Skin Care set?
A: No - their unique referral link is tied to the email address with which they set up your account - so as long as they continue to use that account, their code will remain the same. They will, however, be reminded of the link and be prompted to share it each time they make a purchase of an Uncovered Skin Care kit!
Q: Can they see who has shopped with their referral link?
A: Yes! In the VIP Rewards section of My Account, VIP Rewards customers will be able to see who has purchased their Uncovered Skin Care set using their referral link.
Q: Can referral links/codes be stacked with additional promo codes?
A: Yes – your customers’ friends can use either the referral link or code for $25 off their Uncovered Skin Care kit as well as apply any other valid promotional code on pureromance.com. Please note, only ONE additional promotional code can be stacked with credit redemption.
Q: Can the referral link or code be removed for any reason?
A: It’s unlikely, but in rare instances, the referral code, link, and any earned credits or free sets can be rescinded at the discretion of the Pure Romance Corporate Office.
Shopping Credits
Q: What can customers use credits on?
A: Credits earned can be applied towards future purchases made on pureromance.com or your personal website.
Q: Where can they see how many credits they’ve earned?
A: Credit amounts, expiration dates, and the unique credit redemption code, will all be available for customers under My Discount Wallet in the account management section of pureromance.com.
Q: How can my customers apply their shopping credits to an order?
A: Credits will appear in My Discount Wallet under your customer’s account with a unique code attached. Customers will copy this code and paste it in the PROMO CODE box on the checkout page, select APPLY, and see the new total with the credits discounted. Any additional promotional code for an online offer can be applied at this time too.
Q: Are there any exclusions for credits?
A: Credits cannot be applied to shipping & handling, tax, or on the purchase of Consultant Packs, applied to past purchases, or used when purchasing in-person directly from a Pure Romance Consultant.
Q: When do their credits expire?
A: Credits expire one year after the date they receive them.
Q: Is there a limit on how many credits they can earn?
A: Nope! Encourage your customers to continue referring and collecting credits to apply to a big purchase or their own personal shopping spree.
Q: If they don’t use my credits all at one time, will they roll over for the next purchase or will they be lost?
A: If customers have remaining credits after their purchase, they can be used toward future purchases.
Q: What happens if they buy an item on credit and then return it?
A: Once we receive and process their returned item(s), credits will be added back to their account as applicable. If they used credits and another payment method at the same time, credits will be added back to their account in the amount they used, and any additional amount will be refunded to their original payment method.
Q: Can they give their credits to someone else?
A: No. Credits earned are attached to your customers’ account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
Q: What if my customer is enrolled in Subscribe for Deals - will their credits automatically apply to their next auto-shipment?
A: Within their customer account management, there will be a check box in the Subscribe for Deals section that allows them to indicate that they would like to apply all available credits to their subscription when it processes.
Q: What happens when three of their friends purchase a Daily Skin Essentials Kit and enroll in Subscribe for Deals?
A: They will receive $75 in credits (1 for each person who purchased via the referral link) and a special Daily Skin Essentials Kit coupon which may be used towards the purchase of a Daily Skin Essentials Kit of their choice. Sales tax and shipping and handling not included.
Q: How do they redeem their coupon for a free Daily Skin Essentials Kit?
A: Their customer account will show a special coupon for the free skin care kit. To redeem, they may simply add a Daily Skin Essentials Kit of their choosing and enter their coupon’s code to apply it to the purchase. Sales tax and shipping and handling not included.
Q: What happens if they get their free Daily Skin Essentials Kit and then return it?
A: If, for some reason, there is an issue with their free Daily Skin Essentials Kit and they need to return it, they may send it back, per the Confidence Guarantee. Q: Should my customers create an account?
A: Anyone looking to save and or earn credits should create a customer account. Accounts can be made on pureromance.com or on a Pure Romance Consultant's personal website. Account benefits include easy access to their referral link/code, seeing who has purchased from their link, tracking earned credits, and much more! Additionally, by creating an account and shopping with you, you’ll be able to see their customer information and purchase history. Best of all, this applies to anyone shopping with the link
Q: What if my customer already has an account?
A: They can log in with their existing Pure Romance customer account and purchase a Daily Skin Essentials Kit to get their referral experience started.
